STUDENTS SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Effectiveness of support services enhances the spirit of students’ interest, satisfaction and evolves the image of the institutional sustenance. Students who enroll at BlueCrest doesn’t enroll for a course or program alone, but he / she becomes part and parcel of BlueCrest mission and progress

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES!

  • To ensure that the new Enrollment form is updated for fresher’s and existing students.
  • To handle queries related to fees, and programs
  • To ensure professional and efficient Re Registration process
  • To help getting students connected to relevant official for any cross verifications
  • To help and support students for making all relevant documents getting formalized
    N.B: Separate checklist will be provided to the student at the time of enquiry
  • To oversee the issuance of ID cards, Email ID, Moodle ID, Courseware and other formal kits
  • To help in formalizing and Issuance of introductory letter, Reference letter, internship letter, recommendation letter and other necessary documents, as required / requested
  • To maintain the relevant backup stock / requirements, necessary periodical checking and book status
  • To ensure the general maintenance of students records.
  • To ensure any necessary changes required as requested by the student, after approval from the Registrar / authority in charge
  • Issuing of Admit cards during exams – as per the approval of Controller of Examinations
  • To provide general communication to students in mass – when required – through Mobile messages, Emails, Whatsapp etc.
  • To establish formal, consistent and continuous communication system with Parents / Guardians
  • To help students in cross verifying their attendance records and confirming the same
  • Issuance of students’ academic transcript and certificates – after all approvals of respective academic heads, controller of examination and Registrar
  • Updating student’s contact, mails and other relevant information on the campus management system(s)
  • To help students in formalizing their grievance / complaints / suggestions / recommendations – when required to the concerned official
  • Conducting of verification exercises for final year students – before Graduation
  • Proper and formal communication of Dues pending to Students
